We need all participants to contact us as soon as possible to coordinate camping/sleeping arrangements. At every language camp each family is requested to help by bringing and preparing one meal for everyone at the camp.  Please RSVP as soon as possible so meal plans can be made.

For cooking, the main kitchen and large outdoor grill will be available.   Most needed cooking pots and pans will be available. Each participant is responsible to bring any personal beverages you may consume during the day.

The weather may be cold at night so plan accordingly, especially if you are camping in a tent.
